With immediate openings and real growth potential, this position offers the pay, schedule, and career trajectory that experienced drivers have been searching for.Compensation and ScheduleEarn $40.00 per hour with time-and-a-half overtime after 40 hours. Weekly earnings are $1,600 to $1,615 based on a standard 40-hour work week. Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage begin immediately on your first day. Work schedules typically start around 5:00 AM with shift lengths ranging from 6 to 12 hours depending on daily volume. This is a five-day work week with weekend availability as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations while performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsPick up server racks and technology equipment from designated warehouse locations and secure loads properly for transportDeliver equipment to data center sites and assist with unloading and staging for installation teamsComplete accurate Proof of Delivery documentation and maintain professional communication with managementWork independently or in teams to ensure safe operations within active construction environmentsQualificationsA valid Class A CDL driver license. We prefer candidates with two years of commercial driving experience but will consider qualified applicants with one year. Warehouse, moving, or driver unload experience is preferred.
