Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Financial Data Analyst Under the guidance of the Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting business planning initiatives such as budgeting, scheduling, and process automation. Your analytical skills will be essential for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring system integrity. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data to support Accounting and assist in financial reporting. Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Systems to address and rectify any system deficiencies. Educate end-users in finance and related departments to enhance system utilization. Design, implement, and document enhancements to existing processes. Develop workload planning strategies that align with departmental goals. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a Healthcare-related field. Certification: SQL Certification preferred. Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work collaboratively and independently. Creative analysis and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of Program Management concepts, cost accounting principles, feasibility analysis, pro forma preparation, and forecasting. Knowledge of hospital systems such as billing, general ledger, and clinical operations. Strong computer proficiency. Experience: 5 years of relevant experience required; related work experience may substitute for required education. Supervision: Reports directly to the Controller. Work Environment: This is an office-based role that involves meeting various deadlines. Physical Requirements: Work may involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
