Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Director of Physical Therapy located in Fort Payne, AL. The Director will oversee daily operations, evaluate and implement therapy programs, and provide hands-on physical therapy treatment. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care and outcomes. The role also involves managing resources effectively and contributing to long-term organizational goals through strategic planning.QualificationsProficiency in Physical Therapy practices and principlesExperience with Orthopedics and Rehabilitation techniquesKnowledge in Manual Therapy methods and hands-on treatment techniquesUnderstanding of Medicine as it relates to physical therapy and patient careStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent, with appropriate state licensurePrevious supervisory or management experience is highly desirableCommitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
