The Global Marketing Channels team is key to driving the performance and scalability of our digital marketing channels, including web, email, in-product messaging, SEM/SEO, display, chat, and Meta ads. Our goal is to create impactful strategies that transform marketing into a vital lever for business success.We are excited to bring on a Manager of AI Marketing Channels to lead the charge in developing AI-driven marketing approaches, with a strong focus on conversational and autonomous marketing agents. This pivotal role will spearhead our shift to AI-first marketing channel strategies while anticipating and adapting to the evolving behaviors and expectations of customers.Responsibilities:Drive strategic leadership in the creation of agentic AI marketing channels (chat, conversational AI, autonomous agents) that showcase demonstrable business impact.Establish comprehensive measurement frameworks and learning agendas to optimize AI-driven marketing initiatives through experimentation, A/B testing, and advanced analytics.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align on AI-first marketing experiences.Mentor and guide team members on agentic marketing practices, fostering organizational rigor in AI-driven customer engagement.Lead innovations in conversational marketing, prompt engineering, and autonomous marketing agent development.Minimum Qualifications:8+ years of experience in digital marketing, showcasing achievements in performance marketing at scale.Proficiency across various digital marketing channels such as email, search, display, Meta Ads, and chat.Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of SQL, statistical analysis, and experience in designing and executing marketing experiments.Understanding of agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, or conversational AI development.Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, partnering with teams in Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales.Strategic mindset with a track record of developing long-term strategies and executing tactical initiatives effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Technical background in prompt engineering, agent development, or AI model evaluation.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, or other marketing automation platforms.History in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing technology roles.Advanced analytics experience with causal inference, machine learning, or predictive modeling.Passion for driving organizational change and innovation in marketing.Compensation:Salary ranges from $152,000/year to $213,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.Industry: InternetEqual Opportunity Employer: We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
