divh2Steampunk Senior Business Analyst/h2pAs a Steampunk Senior Business Analyst, youll be asked to serve as the Business Analyst on an Agile software development team. Contributions include managing Agile/Information Technology related projects, identifying and mitigating risks, applying different techniques to facilitate meetings and workshops, defining project scope and schedule, managing stakeholder communications, and serving business engagement by ensuring team issues are escalated, worked, and resolved. Collaborates with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epics into features and user stories, documents acceptance criteria, and assists in team development./ppRequired qualifications include being authorized to work for any U.S. employer, 3+ years experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies, 3+ years experience serving as the Product Owner or Scrum Master or Business Analyst, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and the ability to establish credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence. Proficiency in JIRA and business analyst certifications are also required. Preferred experience includes serving as a Scrum Master and Federal Civilian Client Experience./ppSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $160,000. Annual salary is just one aspect of Steampunks total compensation package for employees.
