Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJohnson Service Group, a nationally award-winning staffing firm, has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Control Inspector for a global medical device client in Frankin, MAContract | Onsite | $20 per Hr. Summary:  We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support inspection and verification of purchased and in-house manufactured products. This role ensures products meet established quality, process, and regulatory requirements prior to shipment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection and functional testing of components, sub-assemblies, and finished medical devices according to established proceduresMaintain inspection logs, worksheets, and device history recordsPerform data entry of inspection results using Excel and SAPComplete material transactions and related SAP activitiesPerform final labeling and packaging of finished goodsReview quality and repair records and support inspection record maintenanceEnsure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for all controlled recordsSupport digital archiving of quality documentationIdentify and escalate non-conformances as neededRelease finished products for shipment in accordance with quality standardsFollow FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 requirementsAdhere to all company safety, environmental, and quality policiesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent6 mos. - 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspectionAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and proceduresExperience using basic measurement tools (including microscopes)Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracyBasic computer skills with experience in data entryProficiency in Microsoft ExcelSAP experience preferredMedical device industry experience a plusCompany DescriptionOur people and culture make JSG a great place to work.
