Roofing Service Foreman

Job Summary:We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Roofing Service Foreman to lead and supervise commercial roofing service and repair crews. The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities, hands-on experience with various roofing systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and safety standards. The Roofing Service Foreman is responsible for organizing daily job site activities, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with project specs and safety regulations, and serving as the primary field liaison between the crew and management.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise roofing service crews on repair, maintenance, and small project workCoordinate daily schedules, materials, equipment, and labor for job sitesPerform hands-on roofing repairs and maintenance on various systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, etc.)Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standardsConduct on-site inspections and verify completion of repairsCommunicate with customers on-site to explain work performed and answer questionsMaintain accurate records of labor, materials, and daily job logsEnforce company safety policies and OSHA regulationsTrain and mentor team members to improve skills and performanceReport project progress and any issues to the Service ManagerQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including supervisory rolesProficiency in repairing a variety of commercial roofing systemsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and repair scopesSolid understanding of safety protocols and jobsite complianceMust be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heightsValid driver's license with clean driving record requiredOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWorking Conditions:Outdoor work in various weather conditionsPhysically demanding role requiring climbing, lifting, and standing for extended periodsTravel to various job sites as requiredOn-call availability for emergency service work may be requiredCompensation & Benefits:* Competitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience)Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off (vacation, holidays, sick days)Company-provided tools, equipment, and safety gear* Training and career advancement opportunities
