Maintenance Manager needed in Fairmont MNFairmont MNBase Salary Range: $110k-$128k+ 7AM-4PM Monday - FridaySpecializes in Extrusion and Injection Molding Plastics Manufacturing American Business Awards + Others 80 years in business, 5800+ employees, publicly traded Position OverviewThe Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance department, ensuring the continuous operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role is crucial in implementing maintenance strategies, optimizing equipment performance, and leading a team of technicians to achieve operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.Manage and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support for technical challenges.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices, including lockout/tagout procedures.Conduct regular inspections and audits of machinery and systems, identifying areas for improvement.Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Oversee the maintenance of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including PLCs, drives, and motors.Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance activities.Lead initiatives for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the facility.Qualifications5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of Tag Out/Lock Out procedures and safety standards.Experience with Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Extrusion processes is preferred.Proficiency in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve maintenance processes.BenefitsGreat work environmentBase Salary Range: $110k-$128k+ (Depending on experience) Generous PTOFull BenefitsCareer Advancement / Growth Opportunities401k w/ match + ESPP Annual Merit IncreasePlus more
