This role requires strong people management skills and a strategic focus on implementing AI-powered tools to elevate documentation quality, consistency, and scalability.The successful candidate will combine leadership and mentorship with hands-on content expertise, ensuring the team produces clear, engaging, and user-friendly technical guides.The role is based in Poland.Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical writers, fostering professional development and collaboration.Define and oversee documentation strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all streams.Drive adoption of AI tools to enhance authoring, editing, localization, and backlog management.Create and maintain structured, user-focused content for the Creatio platform.Manage documentation backlogs and ensure timely delivery aligned with product releases.Collaborate with language partners to support localization efforts.Collaborate closely with product, development, and UX teams to ensure documentation aligns with product functionality and customer needs.Requirements:Fluent written English with exceptional attention to linguistic and stylistic detail.Minimum of 3 years in IT industry, including 2+ years as a Technical Writer with a strong documentation portfolio.Proven experience in implementing and leveraging AI-driven tools for documentation.Proven ability to manage documentation projects and guide a team of writers.Proficiency in information structuring, editing, and creating concise, user-friendly UI texts.Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, structure, and present technical information effectively.Advanced knowledge of documentation tools and workflows.Deep understanding of documentation standards such as The Chicago Manual of Style, Microsoft Writing Style Guide, Apple Style Guide, or Google Developer Documentation Style Guide.What you should expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
