Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSenior Project Manager Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager - Civil EngineeringFor this position we are open to candidates that may be relocating.  Open to a Project Manager candidate as well with targeted compensation at $120-135K.Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering will oversee and lead complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires expertise in civil design and project management, with a focus on infrastructure development and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.Conduct civil design and engineering tasks, including grading and site design.Oversee project scheduling and budgeting activities to ensure efficient resource allocation.Engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any concerns.Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.Perform site analysis and feasibility reports to inform project decisions.Mentor junior engineers and project team members, fostering professional development.Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project phases.Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) licensure is required, or ability to obtain via reciprocity if relocating.8+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.Proficiency in civil design software, including Civil 3D.Experience in public AND/OR private sector projects.Experience with land development AND/OR municipal projects.Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.Experience in managing municipal construction and land development projects.Excellent communication and team leadership skills.BenefitsVacation/PTO combined 3 weeks with 8 company holidays Medical - Company pays for 75% of employee coverageDental & Vision - Company pays for 50% of employee coverageFSA and Short Term/Long Term Disability Insurance 401k - Company match 100% up to 6% employee contributionBonus - Annual discretionary bonus Hybrid work schedule following initial 3 months of employment, 3days office/ 2days remote - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
