Job Title: Maintenance PorterScheduleMonday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMPosition SummaryThe Day Porter maintains the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the building and supports daily maintenance operations by performing inspections, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily building, equipment, and safety inspections; report issues to the Building Engineer.Maintain exterior areas, parking lot, entrances, and dumpster areas.Clean and restock public restrooms and common areas. Vacuum and straighten entrance mats; clean high-touch surfaces.Replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles as needed.Inspect stairwells, mechanical rooms, vacant suites, and tenant/common areas.Complete work orders and assist the Building Engineer as needed.Monitor and report supply inventory needs.QualificationsPorter, janitorial, or light maintenance experience preferred.Ability to perform physical tasks and work independently.Attention to detail and strong communication skills.#ZIPTA #BGTABGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
