This role supports invasive cardiac procedures in the Cath/EP Lab and functions in multiple roles including scrub, circulator, and monitor/documenter. The CVT ensures safe and efficient procedures, maintaining sterile technique and operating complex cardiovascular equipment.Responsibilities:Prepare the procedure room and sterile field, including setup of instruments, equipment, and supplies.Anticipate procedural needs and assist during interventions.Operate and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring optimal function.Maintain sterile technique and handle instruments properly.Support multiple roles on the procedure team: scrub, circulator, and documenter/monitor.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff to provide high-quality patient care.Required Experience:Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experienceExperience in Right & Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTrieverMechanical Circulatory Support experience: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuoStructural Heart procedures: TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, ValvuloplastyCritical care or cardiac experienceCertifications Required:Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) – CCI or ARRT (ARRT preferred)BLS – American Heart AssociationACLS – American Heart AssociationLicensure:Radiologic Technologist (RT) or meet NYS requirements per Public Health Law 2824Soft Skills:Strong organizational skillsTeam player with effective communicationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environmentWhy Travel with HumanEdge Health:Competitive pay and benefitsGuaranteed hours over the 13-week assignmentDedicated recruiter and clinical support teamApply Todayhumanedgealliedhealth.comHumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID #11437.
