You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and will help uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care. The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue to meet our guest's expectations outside of the Restaurant.Position Type:Full-time (30+ hours per week); Part-time (15-29 hours per week)Available schedules: Morning and/or Evenings; ALL drivers must have OPEN availability on SaturdayMust have a VALID Georgia Driver's License and be over 21 years old.Our Benefits Include:An environment where you can positively influence othersFlexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays)Learning first-hand from Restaurant LeadersIntentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goalsScholarship opportunitiesCompetitive payDelivery Driver Responsibilities:Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all timesExecute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgencyEnsure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a deliveryMaintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all timesMeet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shiftAdhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all timesOther duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPSMust have a valid Georgia-issued driver's licenseMust have a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed for last 3 years)Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately up to 30 lbs)Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time and keep up with a fast-paced environmentMost Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
