Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to stay on track.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present project status reports to upper management and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with project management software and tools.BenefitsPTOMedical Benefits
