This role is for someone who works well with others, takes initiative, and is committed to quality on high-end custom homes and remodels.Youll work directly under a Foreman or Lead Electrician, supporting the installation, troubleshooting, and completion of residential electrical work. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way.Ideal Candidates: Residential Electrician Mechanic* Have completed 4 years of FEAA or equivalent experience in residential electrical work* Can read and interpret plans and wire diagrams* Are capable of completing 840 hours of work with minimal supervision* Are organized, dependable, and communicate well with others* Have experience working on single-family homes and remodels* Are comfortable working with tools and climbing ladders* Possess your own tools appropriate to your skill level* Maintain a valid drivers license and clean driving recordExceptional Candidates: Residential Electrician Mechanic* Have 4+ years of hands-on residential experience* Have worked on high-end, ground-up custom homes* Understand Florida code and jobsite requirements* Can manage material lists and help mentor helpers or apprentices* Are proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityIn addition to your skills, were looking for team members who align with our core hiring values:Character over credentialsGrowth mindset over experienceMission fit over industry conformityFaith awareness over faith enforcementWhat We ValueExcellence Strive for the highest standards in everything we doGrowth Personally, professionally, and spirituallyOthers Doing unto others as we would have them do to usResidential Electrician Mechanic Pay$24.00 $27.00 per hour (based on experience)Residential Electrician Mechanic Job TypeFull-time | In-person | South FloridaResidential Electrician Mechanic Benefits* 401(k) with 4% company match* Health, dental, vision, and life insurance* Paid time offIf you're ready to build a future with a company that values people, quality, and purposewed love to connect with you.
