Murata Vios is seeking qualified individuals who contribute to our vision through sound product development engineering practices and passionate sales and marketing leadership.Why Consider This Job OpportunityAs a Delivery Operations Specialist (DOS) with Murata Vios, you will be instrumental in deploying the Vios Monitoring System (VMS) and Remote Monitoring Services to new customer sites. This position will travel to accounts and assemble, test, and validate the VMS in the customer's environment. The Delivery Operations Specialist will conduct classroom training for clinical staff members and provide hands-on support for the go-live.The Delivery Operations Specialist will work with the Sales, Technical Operations, and Customer Success Teams to ensure the Vios products are installed properly and the Customers receive the highest level of support. This positionReports to the VP of Sales & Customer Success and will have the opportunity to learn, advance skills, and be promoted into an Area Sales Representative role if desired.Workplace PolicyNortheast Region. Position can be remote from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Baltimore Maryland, Wilmington or Dover Delaware.What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)Attend and participate in the Customer Implementation planning calls for new and existing Vios sitesWork with TechOps, Supply Chain Management and Customer Success to ensure the Vios equipment is provisioned properly prior to shipmentTravel to the accounts, assemble, test and validate the VMS in the customer's environmentConduct classroom training for clinical staff members and will be providing at-the-elbow support for the go-liveProvide call coverage for the Customer Support line which may include day, nights and weekendsIn periods of down time, this role will be involved in the customer support process and engage in other projects as needed.What Is Required (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree required.Passion for learning and making a positive impact in healthcare.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.Discipline to work independently with a strong desire to succeed.Basic technical knowledge of wireless devices, networking, PC's, and tablets.Ability to work with technical and clinical stakeholders at all levels.Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.PerksComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Generous Paid Time Off including paid holidays and floating holidays.401(k) employer match on retirement planning.Hybrid working schedule for eligible positions.Tuition reimbursement on approved programs.Flexible and health spending accounts.Talent Development program.Other70% local and domestic travel.Minimum Salary: $66,002Maximum Salary: $88,359Create a better life for patients, clinicians, and hospital administrators by joining the Murata Vios team.
