This is not just another glass installation job-this is a role for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, thinking creatively, and owning the outcome.What You'll Be Doing:Responding to a variety of service calls: glass replacements, door repairs, commercial hardware issues, custom retrofits, and more.Diagnosing problems quickly and accurately-then solving them with confidence.Working hands-on with glass, aluminum, hardware, weatherstripping, and seals-you're the go-to expert for it all.Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.Taking initiative and making decisions in the field-because you know what you're doing.What Makes You a Great Fit:10+ years of experience in glazing, service work, or commercial/residential glass.Master-level understanding of doors, storefronts, windows, commercial hardware, and glass systems.You don't just fix things-you figure things out.Ability to work independently, think critically, and adapt on the fly.Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and your brain.Bonus Points If You:Have experience with emergency board-ups or specialty glass (fire-rated, bullet-resistant, etc.)Know your way around access control or automatic door systems.Like being the person who gets it done when no one else can.What You Get:Competitive payCompany vehicle and company paid gas2 weeks paid time off (earn additional day of vacation at each anniversary)8 paid holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany provided short term and long term disabilityCompany provided life insuranceOpportunities for growth in a company that values problem-solvers and prosThis is your door to something better.If you're ready to take on the tough jobs and always find a way, apply today.
