Job Title: Forklift Operator $20.50hrJob DescriptionAs a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for put-away, loading, picking, staging, and other ad hoc projects within a warehouse distribution center. This role requires operating a Raymond stand-up forklift (Pacer) and involves case picking products from multiple pallets weighing between 10lbs and 60lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.ResponsibilitiesLoad, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a Stand Up Reach forklift.Operate a Raymond stand-up forklift efficiently.Support operational processes and procedures to ensure customer value and compliance with policies and regulations.Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.Inspect pallets and cases for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes.Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management; identify process improvements.Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.Participate in assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience operating a Stand-up Reach forklift.Meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.Ability to learn RF systems in a logistics environment.Basic math and reading skills.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsOpenness to cross-training for case picking.Ability to follow specific work instructions and best practices.Why Work Here?This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and labor-intensive environment, perfect for those seeking to develop their skills in warehouse operations.
