If you're passionate about housekeeping and have strong leadership skills submit your resume to applyRequired Skills & Abilities:-At least two (2) of hotel Housekeeping Supervisor experience required-Flexible to work AM, and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays-Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written-Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus-Extensive administrative experience, strong computer literacy skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Word programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint-Excellent organizational and time management skills-Must be able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds, stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours and perform repetitive bending and stooping motions-Strong and effective communication skills to lead housekeeping team and efficiently communicate with managers and supervisors in other operations departmentsJob Description:-Assist with supervising all housekeeping staff-Inspect cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and service elevator landings and provide feedback when cleanliness standards that are not met-Assist with onboarding and train new hires-Resolve guest concerns related to cleanliness issues and ensure cleanliness standards are met-Open and close department, run reports, conduct pre-shift meetings and attend required in absence of executive housekeeper-Assist with leading housekeeping supervisor team and delegate duties to support daily operations of the department-Analyze business needs and make operational decisions in absence of the Executive HousekeeperBenefits:-Medical, dental and vision insurance-Matching 401k-Free life insurance-Paid time off-Holiday pay-Free lunch-Hotel discount programEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.
