Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIESServe as the principal point of contact with the Government COR.Manage contract scope, schedule, staffing, deliverables, and resources.Interface with DLA management, LAN Leads, and other stakeholders.Formulate and enforce work standards; develop schedules and monitor performance.Resolve project issues, allocate resources, and oversee task execution.Provide leadership and guidance to the contractor team supporting wired and wireless LANs on NIPRNET and SIPRNET.Submit monthly status reports, 8570/8140 compliance reports, IPR briefings, and other contract-required deliverables.Maintain compliance with security and industry certification requirements (DoD 8570/8140).Deliver kickoff briefings and task order project management plans.Manage and maintain an integrated master project schedule for all active projects.Ensure timely communication of any lost/stolen CACs and support audits or investigations.Submit evaluations and improvement recommendations to the COR or KO.Review and approve technical solutions and developing effective schedules for the program.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience:Five (5) years relevant project management experienceFive (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.Experience supporting a DoD COCOM or agency is preferred.Experience must include five years of DLA technical LAN or WAN support.Certifications:Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent, etc.)DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II (One of the Following):CySA+GICSPGSECSecurity+ CESSCPCNDCASP+ CECCNP SecurityCISACISSP (or Associate)GCEDGCIHCCSPComputing Environment (One of the Following):BPIPACCDACCSACCSECCNACCNPCCIECCSPASCNAEducation:BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experienceClearance:Must possess a Secret (Sensitivity Level: IT-I - Critical Sensitive) clearanceOverviewWe are seeking a Task Order Project Manager to join our team supporting DLA Local Area Network (LAN) Support Services.TekSynap is a fast-growing high-tech company that understands both the pace of technology today and the need to have a comprehensive well planned information management environment.
