You are the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or the first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order so you will set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell taste to life.Key responsibilities are ensuring customer's satisfaction while being the smiling face that greets and serves the customers quickly and efficiently or a cook who makes things happen in the kitchen.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent customer servicePerform duties of a dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order takerPrepare ingredients and make menu items for ordersGreets guests in a friendly and professional manner.Ensure food safety, quality and sanitation. This includes but not limited to receiving shipments and maintaining proper storage of ingredients and supplies.Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaningFollow proper opening and closing proceduresMaintain guest and employee safetyMinimum Qualifications:16 years and older (if under 18 must provide proof of age and work permit as required)Obtain a food handler's certificate according to state or local requirementsLegally authorized to work in the United StatesMust have reliable transportationMaintain a professional appearance and good hygiene standardsAbility to work flexible hours, arrive to work on time and be dependableRequirements:Ability to contribute to the team and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethicEnthusiastically help with various tasks as requiredAct in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner with guests and co-workersAbility to anticipate bottlenecks in service and acts to resolve themCommunicate ideas, suggestions and concerns in a constructive and professional mannerMake timely decisions to meet guest and business needs appropriatelyPerform effectively and safely with minimal direct supervisionAbility to learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentExert a high degree of energy and drive to meet customer demands.Ability to perform effectively and safely with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements:* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand, and walk for long periods.Disclaimer:You are applying to Cotti Foods Group, a franchisee of Taco Bell Corp.
