Location: New York, NYSalary: $80,000 to $115,000 per yearJob Description:Our client, a mission-driven, architecture firm in New York City, is seeking a Project Architect to join their team focused on impactful public work, including cultural, educational, and healthcare projects. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential, ideal for architects who want to be part of a collaborative and engaged studio.The selected candidate will play a key role in design development and construction documentation, leading coordination efforts and mentoring junior staff.The requirements of the role are: 7-10 years of relevant architectural experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Strong design sensibility and aesthetic judgment Experience on public, education, or cultural sector projects Solid understanding of NYC zoning and building code Proficiency in Revit is essential Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong detailing skills and experience producing CD sets Team leadership and consultant coordination experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be authorized to work in the United StatesAbout Highline:Global recruiters specializing in architecture & construction in London, Paris, and New York.
