It takes training, skill, discipline and compassion. It takes the right caregiver. We're seeking exceptional Live-In caregivers to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you'll spend 3 or 4 consecutive days living in the client's home, bringing stability, safety, engagement and person-centered care to older adults with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.

Consistency matters: You will have a steady, predictable schedule over multiple days, building trust and creating a calmer, more connected environment with your client. Fewer commutes: Work 3 or 4 consecutive days, then enjoy extended time off (3 or 4 days off each week). Deeper relationships: Live-in caregiving gives you the chance to truly know your client and become a steady, reassuring presence.
Support you can count on: You'll receive expert dementia care training, mentorship, and be part of a team that values you as much as you value your clients. What We OfferCompetitive pay: $20/hrDaily pay rate: $380 (4-day); $346 (3-day). Includes overtime payAnnual pay: $79,000 (4-day); $54,000 (3-day).
