This positions plays a critical role in the success of our projectsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Effectively, skillfully, safely, and accurately operates a front end loader and other construction equipmentCompletes proper equipment inspections prior to use to ensure that it is in proper operating conditionDemonstrates continuous effort to improve operationsMeet production goals from the direction of the site Foreman or SuperintendentSignals directions and warnings to crew members at the work siteWorks with crew members when not operating equipmentPerforms other duties as required and assignedAdheres to all DCS Contracting safety policies, procedures, and instructions from managementQUALIFICATIONS:2+ years' experience operating front end loaders required or equivalent combination of experience and training/educationKnowledgeable of OSHA standards and requirementsAble to work outside in all weather conditionsWillingness to learn and accept direction from field supervisionMust be a team player and be willing to help out wherever is needed for the success of the projectSafety first mindset, MUST stop work if something is unsafeReliable transportation and work schedule flexibilityAbility to get the job done with minimal supervisionThis is a Safety Sensitive position.Must be willing and able to drive within a 60+ mile radius from DCS's office to and from assigned job site.Apply online or at our office located at 11535 E Germann Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286.Work locations: Multiple locations around the Greater Phoenix ValleySe Habla EspañolWe do E-Verify and Drug Screenings.DCS Contracting, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
