Independent Courier Driver (1099) – Pre-Sorted Local Routes

What We Offer

• Complete Schedule Control: Deliver 7 days a week. You choose the days you want to work—build a full-time schedule or supplement your income part-time.
• No Sorting Required: All deliveries come pre-sorted. You scan, load your vehicle, and hit the road.
• High Earning Potential: Full-Time: $1,000 – $2,000 / week; Part-Time: $300 – $700 / week, plus additional performance bonuses for quality and reliability.
• Weekly Pay: Reliable direct deposit every single week.
• Hands-On Training: Prior courier experience is a plus, but if you have a great attitude and strong work ethic, we will train you on our step-by-step procedures before you launch.

Station Hubs & Route Schedules

Routes start early so you can finish early and enjoy the rest of your day:

• Houston Hub: W Fuqua St (Southwest / Beltway area)
• Schedule: Shift starts at 7:00 AM and finishes when your route is complete.

What You’ll Do

• Arrive on time at your designated hub, scan, load your pre-sorted packages, and launch.
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial locations following proper proof-of-delivery procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and management throughout your route.
• Return any undelivered packages promptly at the end of your shift. Once you accept a route, those packages are under your care until successfully delivered or properly checked back in.

Requirements

• Age & Legal: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor.
• Vehicle: Reliable personal vehicle with up-to-date registration and active auto insurance.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Key Skills: Dependability, strong communication, accountability, and a smartphone for scanning/navigation apps.
