Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSigning bonusVision insurance401(k) matchingAbout the Role:We are hiring construction siding installers full health benefits, PTO, Paid Holidays, sign on bonus.Responsibilities/DutiesInstall, remove, replace siding on structure exteriors.Has the knowledge to use tools to install siding evenly, solidly over the face of a building in a safe manner. Will need to have own basic hand tools.Install siding to manufacturer Specs. Help with job site set up.Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed.Able to follow instructions from crew leaders.Ability to follow safety rules and regulations.Maintain a clean and safe worksite.May at times be required to install flashing, fascia and gutters as required/needed.Coordinate with Project Managers to help implement project goals if required.Represent the company products/services in a professional manner.Skills/QualificationsExperience and/or has the capabilities to perform this type of workAbility and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project executionWorking knowledge of industry-related tools and materials.Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently, effectively, and safely.Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills for collaborating effectively with others.Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.Physical strength and stamina to perform duties as needed.Job requires outside work in all types of elements.Must be good/comfortable with heightsHigh School Diploma or GEDReliable transportation to and from workAny other duties as assigned by management.Perks/Benefits:Insurance: life, health and dental insurancePaid Time Off401k retirement account with matching contributionsAbout Us:We started our family owned business in 1999 and value the hard work our employees do day in and day out.
