Learn more at www.flowdmv.com.Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:Assist licensed plumbers and foremen with installation of commercial plumbing systems.Learn proper use of power tools, plumbing materials, and equipment.Assist with reading and interpreting construction drawings and submittals.Support the setup of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and valves.Carry and stage tools and materials for daily project work.Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.Follow company and jobsite safety protocols at all times.Develop understanding of local plumbing codes and best industry practices.Participate in training programs and mentorship with senior team members.Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, climbing, and moving equipment.Qualifications:Previous experience in commercial plumbing, specifically focused on new interior tenant workMust have a Valid Driver's License, insurable driving record and reliable transportation to job sites across DC, Maryland, and Northern VirginiaWillingness to learn power tools, plumbing materials, equipment, and construction drawings.Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.Ability to pass a background check.Commercial construction experience is preferred but not required.Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude.Willingness to work early shifts (starting as early as 4:00 AM for tie-ins), occasional nights, and Saturdays with advance notice.Interest in progressing toward Apprenticeship Registration and Journeyman License (company will support).Benefits:Simple IRA with matching potentialBi-weekly pay cycleOvertime potentialMedical insurance after probationary periodPaid time off (holidays, vacation) after probationary period.Safety equipment providedPaid training and certifications (including OSHA, Fall Protection, Lift training, Manufacturer training as needed)Mentorship programs and career development supportOpportunities to earn Journeyman or Master Plumbing and Gas Fitting Licenses (company-supported)Annual company outings and events (Team meals, fishing/hunting trips, sporting events, holiday parties)Work Schedule:Full-timeTypical hours: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM depending on project needsStart as early as 4:00 AM for tie-in work (occasional)Occasional nights and Saturdays with advance noticeWork Location:Project sites throughout Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland (DMV area)Expected to be on the job site by 5:00 AMEqual Opportunity EmployerFlow Mechanical Services LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
