The Shuttle Driver delivers full trailers to our domicile locations and return empty trailers to our distribution centers.McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. So, here's the details:Pay Rate: Shuttle Drivers make $73,000 per year.Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.9am start time, 2 shuttles daily, and subject to backhauls.Day 1 Benefits available: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.Get paid early. Get paid fast.401(k) with annual company match.Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, educational assistance program, and moreESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection report.Ensure that product is secured inside the trailer for undamaged transport.May at times perform line haul and/or backhaul.Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:At least 21 years of age.Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.WORK SAFE HOME SAFE is one of our mottos at McLane Company.
