Experience in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants and empowering team members. Skills in implementing merchandising and marketing programs effectively. Competency in cash handling and promoting loyalty programs. Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with health regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, or a minimum of one year of Retail Management experience. A valid driver's license and maintenance of automotive liability insurance during employment.
