This role will be pivotal in enhancing our communication efforts and developing digital strategies that effectively disseminate clinical decision-making tools and resources to healthcare providers, policymakers, and the general public. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in healthcare communication, digital marketing, and strategic planning, along with a proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote clinical decision tools and resources. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create targeted messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, administrators, and policymakers. Analyze and optimize online content to improve user experience and accessibility, ensuring alignment with best practices in digital communication. Produce high-quality written and visual content, including articles, infographics, presentations, and reports that effectively communicate complex clinical information. Oversee the development and maintenance of the website and digital resources, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and user-friendly. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication and digital strategies through analytics and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Job RequirementsRequired Skills: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare communications, digital strategy, or a related area. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies in a healthcare setting. Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and utilizing analytics to drive decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, content management systems, and email marketing. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform strategies and evaluate performance.
