Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Content Writer for Customer Experience and Adoption In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with strategists, subject matter experts, and designers to craft content that details the AWS Private Pricing Program's guidelines and best practices. Your contribution will be vital in executing our content strategy aimed at increasing the adoption and success of our Private Pricing Program. Your exceptional writing skills, critical thinking, and proactive approach will help you develop and enhance various enablement assets. You will curate a Private Pricing content catalog, ensuring clear and context-rich content that meets the diverse needs of our internal and external audiences, including AWS partners and customers. Responsibilities: Implement the content strategy to support Private Pricing Program initiatives. Identify key audience segments and analyze their specific needs to fill content gaps and enhance effectiveness. Deliver strategic content initiatives while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Measure the impact of content efforts and optimize for maximum effectiveness. Build relationships with teams across AWS including Sales, Legal, and others to align content efforts. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and effectively address audience needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in content strategy and development. 3+ years of experience using data to drive improvements. Preferred Skills: Advanced degree in English, Communications, or related field. Strong editorial background with excellent proofreading and content creation skills. Experience managing complex content projects at scale. Familiarity with multimedia (images, videos) development. Experience with content authoring tools.
