Marshfield Medical Center - Dickinson is in growth mode and is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join our Robust Healthcare Team in Michigan's central Upper Peninsula in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Join an established Oncology team of 1 physician and 2 APCs. Onsite Radiation Oncology with advanced imaging and equipment.JOB DESCRIPTIONNO CALLSingle Outpatient ClinicNo offsite clinic travel50% Hematology/50% Oncology practice mix 14 patients/day (1-hour visits for new patients)Excellent Support/Nursing StaffDedicated Pathology & Radiology supportStong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RN and coordinatorsSupport of work/life balanceMarshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS2-year salary guarantee of $700k, depending on location, for a 1.0 FTEUp to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to startCME annual allowanceHealth, Dental, Life, Disability, and Malpractice insuranceRelocation supportMarshfield Clinic Health System is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
