How You Will Do It: * Acknowledge guests immediately and greet them with a smile. * Check food to make sure of its quality and correct temperature as stated by NYS Department of Health * Serve the food and beverage properly and timely * Setup coffee, pastries, napkins and check your station * Help guests make informed decisions by having thorough menu and beverage knowledge * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. * Handle guest interactions with enthusiasm and courtesy. * Work effectively as part of a team. What You Will Need: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English. * Must have a professional, courteous, and friendly manner, and an enthusiastic and service-oriented attitude. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time. * Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary.
