Work with industry-leading equipment in a fast-growing, customer-focused company. What You'll Do Install, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment both in-house and at customer sites. Diagnose technical issues and resolve them efficiently-or collaborate with team experts when needed. Deliver hands-on customer support, including training users on proper equipment care. Maintain accurate service records using modern tools and systems. Travel to customer sites, support on-call rotations, and adapt to seasonal overtime as needed. Always put safety first-on the road, in the shop, and on customer sites. What You'll Bring 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, field maintenance, or a related area. Good mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting and repair skills (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic a plus). Ability to read and apply electrical schematics & blueprints. Great communication skills-you can explain technical issues clearly to customers and teammates. A safety-first mindset and proven track record of working responsibly in shop or field settings. CDL certifications is a plus. A clean driving record to be verified through MVR Ability to travel 50-75% REIC does NOT accept solicitation from outside recruiters or recruiting agencies.REIC and all affiliates operate as drug-free environments, which includes marijuana. A pre-employment drug screening that tests for THC and other drugs, as well as a full background check, is required of all newly hired employees.
