The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center located in Blue Ridge, Georgia and we are searching for a Physical Therapist Assistant. SHIFT: 8:00am-5:00pmPosition Purpose:The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides exceptional patient care through evaluation, program planning, and implementation of therapy interventions to restore function and prevent disability. The PTA also promotes physical therapy by educating students, staff, and healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care: Assist in evaluating and implementing patient care plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate treatment records.Collaboration: Communicate with physicians, staff, patients, and families regarding treatment plans and patient progress, and contact referring physicians for updates on care.Professional Development: Participate in educational activities and training for students and staff.
