Nightshift, Must have CT experience in an acute care setting. This position will do XRAYS, CT scans, and rotating weekendsEDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Graduate of a JCERT accredited program Broad-based knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology Associate's: Health Science or equivalent education/experience Other: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program Rad tech is 5-8 hour shifts, shift varied nights and must do rotating weekends CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists OR ARMRIT-Certified MRI Technologist OR CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider within 30 Days of hire CA Fluoroscopy licenses Special Requirements: Must be capable of and willing to perform routine x-rays, including portables in addition to CT scans. Competency on a GE VCT 64-slice CT scanner required. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: Two years as a Radiologic Technologist performing general diagnostic imaging and one or more of the following modalities: Angio/Cath Lab, Computed Tomography, or Magnetic Resonant Imaging.
