Understand and comply with all Poke House rules and regulations. A typical day at Poke House: Greet customers and create a positive experience through excellent service. Efficiently process in-house, online, and delivery orders using the Toast POS system. Handle cash, card payments, receipts, and refunds accurately. Maintain product stock, store cleanliness, and visual standards. Collaborate with team members and stay knowledgeable about menu items to assist customers and provide recommendations. Adhere to food safety and health procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment. Uphold brand standards and compliance with local laws.
