A health services network in New York City is looking to add a licensedEndocrinologist to join their growing facility in the Bronx.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: 9am to 5pmSetting: ClinicPatient Population: Outpatient (60%) and Inpatient (40%)Responsibilities:The Endocrinologist will:Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations of patientsListen to and evaluate patient symptoms related to hormonal imbalancesOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and hormone level assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans for patients with endocrine disordersDiagnose and manage thyroid and adrenal disordersEvaluate and treat disorders related to the pituitary gland and hypothalamusAddress hormonal issues related to reproductive healthEducate patients about their endocrine conditions, treatment options, and the importance of adherence to prescribed medicationsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:Licensed to practice in the State of New YorkBoard Eligible in EndocrinologyDesired Skills:Knowledge of General Endocrinology and DiabetesYour privacy is important to us.
