Lot Attendant/Sales Assistant - Genesis of Ridgefield (Norwalk, CT)Genesis of Ridgefield, part of Keeler Motor Car Company, is looking for a dependable full-time Automotive Lot Attendant/Sales Assistant to join our new team at Norwalk.This is an entry-level position offering hands-on experience in a luxury automotive environment with opportunities to learn and grow.Responsibilities: Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot and in the showroom Check in new vehicle deliveries and assist with vehicle prep for sale or display Keep the lot, showroom, and service drive clean and organized Provide support to Sales and Service teams as needed Run dealership errands, including registration and vendor runs Assist with event setup and vehicle displays as needed Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day Team-oriented with good communication skills Previous dealership or customer service experience a plus, but not required Full-time availability, including some Saturdays Why Join Genesis of Ridgefield: Be part of an exciting new luxury dealership in Fairfield County Work with an experienced, supportive management team Opportunity to learn and grow within Keeler Motor Car Company Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits, including: Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage Paid Vacation/Sick/Personal Time 401K Plan with Employer Contribution #IND3
