As a server, you will play a key role in elevating our guests' dining experience with your excellent coordination and people skills. Position Details: Classification: Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Seasonal/ Hourly Reports To: Restaurant Manager Location: Honeycomb Grill, Solitude Mountain Resort Key Responsibilities: Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the ordering system. Develop a strong knowledge of the menu to make recommendations and answer guests' questions. Set up the restaurant for food service, including table settings and preparing the dining area. Handle incoming calls and assist with scheduling reservations for guests. Support the restaurant team with additional tasks when needed. Ensure the restaurant is clean and ready for the following day's service. Requirements: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Prior experience in customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
