We take pride in maintaining a reliable fleet and providing high-quality service to our customers.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, heavy trucks, and heavy construction equipmentPerform preventative maintenance, inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and routine services.Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issuesRepair or replace defective parts, components, and systemsMaintain accurate maintenance records and equipment logsEnsure all work meets safety standards and DOT complianceWork independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting and prioritize repairs to reduce equipment downtimeStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocolsQualifications:Experience required: Heavy trucks and heavy equipment (diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems)Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentBasic welding and fabrication skills are a plusValid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required)Previous construction, excavation, or trucking industry experience highly preferredSuperior provides basic hand tools.
