This role ensures smooth inbound/outbound flows, storage, and inventory control, maintains accuracy through our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and drives operational efficiency via effective coordination with vendors and suppliers while upholding safety standards.Responsibilities:1. Inbound & Outbound OperationsPlan and execute inbound and outbound schedules for in-house and outsourced warehousesProcess logistics and shipping documentationCoordinate daily operations with carriers, logistics providers, and suppliers2. Inventory ControlMonitor inventory status and movements through WMSConduct regular cycle counts and physical inventoriesAnalyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actionsMaintain inventory accuracy in line with KPI targets3. Outsourced Warehouse & Logistics ManagementSupport management of third-party warehouse and logistics providersMonitor operational performance, service levels, and costsIdentify and propose improvement opportunities in lead time, cost, and service quality4. VMI OperationsManage VMI inventory levels in coordination with suppliersShare inventory data and support replenishment adjustmentsAddress delivery, quantity, and quality-related issues5. Warehouse Operations OptimizationSupport warehouse layout planning and space utilization improvementsImprove picking, packing, and material flow efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety regulations and operational SOPs6. Training & Operational SupportSupport task assignment and daily guidance for warehouse staffProvide onboarding and SOP/safety training for new hires and vendor personnelAct as a key operational contact to stabilize daily warehouse activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in general business, business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferredExperience:3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics/vendor managementExperience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL), customs brokers, or freight forwardersExperience with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations preferredSkills:Proficient in WMS/ERP, MS OfficeMulti-task and meet deadlinesAbility to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with Korea HQ and global sitesInventory accuracy management, outsourced/VMI operations management,Negotiation and communication skillsSafety & quality leadership,Problem-solving ability1.
