The Moxie Health Group LLC is a multi-specialty practice group specializing in pulmonary, infectious disease, cardiology, and post-acute care. We currently have over 100 providers delivering specialized care to patients in skilled nursing facilities across Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, and now in Pennsylvania and Texas.A core aspect of our program is reducing hospital readmissions, ensuring responsible stewardship, and optimizing patient care within these facilities. Our Corporate Headquarters is in Hallandale Beach Florida.Our Mission Statement: We streamline patient care by ensuring real-time response, quality assurance, accurate medical decision-making, and thorough documentation, thereby improving both patient outcomes and facility efficiency.Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced APRN to join our growing healthcare team, providing high-quality care in skilled nursing and long-term rehabilitation facilities.
