️ Maintenance Shift Supervisor – Pharma Manufacturing (Direct Hire)Sacramento, CA | $70K–$80K | Rotating ShiftsKelly Engineering is hiring a Maintenance Shift Supervisor for a direct-hire role with a pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Sacramento. This is a hands-on leadership position in a sterile, 24/7 production environment. You'll still be on the floor troubleshooting equipment while leading a maintenance team through daily execution.
This is not a facilities-only or desk-based role. What You'll Be DoingLeading and supervising maintenance technicians on shiftTroubleshooting pharma process and fill/finish equipment, including:Fill/finish lines (vial, bag, PFS)Autoclaves and isolatorsFormulation and filtration systemsPrioritizing work, reducing downtime, and supporting PM executionEnsuring maintenance activities meet GMP, safety, and quality standardsTraining and mentoring techniciansSupporting equipment startups, commissioning, and contractors as neededWhat We're Looking For5–6+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing maintenance experiencePrior shift or team leadership experienceStrong hands-on troubleshooting background in sterile or fill/finish environmentsComfort working in GMP-regulated manufacturing operationsWillingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 facilityFacilities-only maintenance or non-pharma backgrounds will not be a fit.
