This may include reading the picking ticket, utilizing a forklift and/or manually picking equipment, bins or racks, and banding equipment as necessary to load onto trucks or place in wire bins. Checking off equipment on picking ticket to ensure the proper quantities and equipment are delivered per order.Upon return of equipment, count and inspect every piece of equipment and document on return ticket (specifically documenting damage or shortage). Safely unload truck either manually or vi forklift and return equipment to the warehouse or yard. Sort and organize equipment in shelves, bins, or racks according to branch specifications, safely leaving forklift in down position after completion.Ensure that a motor vehicle is adequately maintained from a general housekeeping perspective (i.e. truck bed and cab cleaned/free from clutter/debris).Report safety and/or mechanical issues or damaged equipment concerns to a supervisor.Responsible for ensuring yard housekeeping is in an acceptable condition at all times / weather conditions and delegate/coordinate activities with yard personnel.Coordinates physical/cycle counts.Ability to work with changing/conflicting deadlines.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Reports directly to the Operations managerDaily Priorities provided by Operations Assistant and or Operations ManagerIf you have any candidates we would apricate the assistance in filling this roll - this roll has potential to become a full time position with the company.Documents
