We are looking for someone who is passionate about video editing and has a strong eye for detail to help us create compelling and informative videos for our company.Responsibilities:- Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that aligns with our brand and messaging- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts and storyboards- Ensure all videos are of high quality and meet industry standards- Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall video production- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality- Manage video projects from start to finish, including organizing footage, creating timelines, and meeting deadlines- Work with a variety of video formats and adapt to different styles and tones as needed- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production process- Assist with video shoots as needed, including setting up equipment and operating camerasQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field preferred- 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects- A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work is requiredWe offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
