Treasury Associate

Immediate need for a talented Treasury Associate. This is a 07+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in New York, NY(Hybrid). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Contribute as required to the cash management operations (daily liquidity, cash flow, funding, cash investments, payments, management of bank accounts and bank relationships)Monitor, forecast and report cash flows, liquidity, regulatory requirements, interest incomePrepare, coordinate and execute quarterly dividends and capital repatriation transactionsContribute to ad hoc projects, financial analyses and other Treasury activities, such as FX hedging, debt financing, share repurchase, rating agency presentations and capital managementContribute to technology projects, including Treasury workstationEffectively manage and be accountable for regular weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverablesPartner with various internal teams on these activities, including Controllers, Tax, Legal, Product Management and Risk ManagementKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity ManagementTreasury Operations & Capital TransactionsAdvanced Excel & Financial ModelingMinimum 3-5 years of treasury, controllers, banking or other corporate finance experience, with a track record of strong performancePrior experience in financial services, finance or banking operations, project management, risk management or capital market activities is desirableDemonstrable problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and rigorSelf-starter, quick learner, team player with collegial orientation and desire to take on responsibilityOrganized and methodical, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesAbility to clearly articulate and present ideas both in written presentations and orallyAdvanced or expert skills in ExcelBachelor's Degree or higher, preference for Accounting / FinanceOur client is a leading Asset Management - Banking & Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
