CrossTech is seeking a Senior Full- Stack Developer to join an established product and engineering team supporting mission-critical education technology platforms. This is a long-term staff augmentation role, where the developer will contribute to continuously evolving product features, enhancements, and operational needs.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, adaptable engineer who thrives in environments with evolving or loosely defined requirements and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical, context-driven solutions.Job Description Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using C# (.NET) and React Contribute across the full stack, including front-end UI development and back-end application logic Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with evolving needs Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, new feature requests, and changing requirements Participate in architectural discussions related to scalability, performance, and maintainability Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices Participate in code reviews and uphold quality standards Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues Support and enhance existing systems (not a greenfield-only role) Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong, hands-on expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem (required) Solid real-world experience building front-end applications with React Experience working across both front-end and back-end codebases Ability to work effectively with limited documentation or loosely defined requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills LocationBrooklyn/NYC2-3 days a week on-site/requiredCompensation$90-$100/hrComprehensive benefits offered
