Application InstructionsChaparral is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead our field crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate manpower and materials, and work closely with project managers and superintendents to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in insulation and a proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced construction environment.Position DescriptionResponsibilities:Run crews of 4 to 6 workers and oversee daily jobsite operations.Fabricate and install pipe and tank insulation, including materials such as Styrofoam, foam glass, and fiberglass.Maintain a general knowledge of materials, installation methods, and safety procedures.Operate equipment such as lifts, beaders, crimpers, and various hand tools.Ensure all work meets company and client quality standards.Work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.Work from lifts and ladders and in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, etc.).Travel and stay overnight for short or extended periods of time as needed.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain progress and safety compliance. Position RequirementsQualifications:Minimum 1 year experience as a Foreman.Minimum 1 year of pipe insulating experience and 2 years of insulation experience preferred.Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.Ability to work well with others and lead a team effectively.Must be able to complete tasks within deadlines.Experience in a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.Must pass random drug testing.Must have your own basic tools (tape measure, saws, safety harness, circle scribes, cutters).Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
