Your Role The Customer Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience by overseeing food quality, training staff, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires being on your feet and actively engaging with both team members and customers for the entirety of your shift, with the exception of breaks. Key Responsibilities Support Chipotle's high standards for food quality and safety Address food quality concerns promptly Maintain food safety protocols including hand hygiene, temperature monitoring, and inventory checks Resolve customer issues effectively to guarantee satisfaction Manage crew shifts, breaks, and training schedules Assist in the development and cross-training of front-of-house staff Contribute to Crew performance evaluations Guide and mentor future supervisors Assist with administrative tasks such as cash handling and paperwork Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained Qualifications Understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy Experience with cash handling and food safety regulations Ability to manage documents and paperwork effectively Strong communication skills in the primary language of the workplace High school diploma or equivalent Prior restaurant experience is preferred Benefits of Joining Chipotle Comprehensive tuition assistance Enjoy free meals during shifts Medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for digital tips Paid time off for work-life balance Enjoy holiday closures Competitive salary with opportunities for advancement (80% of our managers started as Crew members) Compensation The base pay range for this position is $19.90 - $22.15, and is eligible for digital tips.
